| 以《中国兽医学报》(以下简称本刊)为例,探索高校科技期刊在世界一流科技期刊建设中的改革创新之路。本刊依托吉林大学动物医学优势学科,建立“学科—编辑—实验室—编辑部”学术追踪模式,显著提升了本刊编辑的学术追踪能力、批判性评估能力和学科前沿洞察能力。通过加强前瞻性选题策划,实现“编辑”向“编辑+领域专家”的转型,不断促进热点文章的组织和策划,并利用多媒体技术促进科研成果的宣传和传播。学科追踪模式推动本刊增强多元化服务意识,重新唤起编委办刊热情,深挖学科专家资源潜力,搭建连接期刊、科研团队和学生的交流平台,进一步扩大作者、读者、期刊和专家学术生态圈,推动了本刊学术影响力的持续提升。 |

| Taking the Chinese Journal of Veterinary Science (referred to as the Journal) as an example, this paper explores the reform and innovation path of university sci-tech journals in the construction of world-class sci-tech journals. The journal relies on the advantageous disciplines of animal medicine at Jilin University to establish an academic tracking model of “discipline editor laboratory editorial department”, significantly enhancing the academic tracking ability, critical evaluation ability, and cutting-edge insight ability of the editors. By strengthening forward-looking topic selection planning, it achieves the transformation from “editor” to “editor and field expert”, continuously promotes the organization and planning of hot articles, and utilizes multimedia technology to promote the publicity and dissemination of scientific research results. The discipline tracking model promotes the enhancement of diversified service awareness in the journal, rekindles the enthusiasm of editorial board members for running the journal, deeply explores the potential of disciplinary expert resources, builds a communication platform connecting the journals, research teams, and students, further expands the academic ecosystem of authors, readers, journals, and experts, and promotes the continuous improvement of the academic influence of the journal. |
