| 本文以国内科技期刊编辑为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,探析其对论文关联数据出版的认识水平、实践现状以及态度倾向。共收集到150份问卷,结果显示仅有6位(4.0%)编辑对论文关联数据出版概念非常了解,对核心要素数据可用性声明、唯一标识符、GB/T 35294—2017《信息技术 科学数据引用》、国内外主要数据存储库非常了解的比例也分别仅有12.7%、8.8%、6.7%、2.7%。55.6%的编辑未能认识到论文关联数据出版的目的之一是提升期刊影响力,大多数编辑未能充分认识所有相关责任主体。在实践方面,仅10.7%的编辑表示所在期刊已开展论文关联数据出版,未开展论文关联数据出版工作的主要原因包括缺少技术支持(73.8%)和专业人才(64.1%)等。但大多数科技期刊编辑对论文关联数据出版持积极态度,并愿意持续关注与学习。未来应通过政策引导、促进各利益相关者协作及开展专业培训等方面,促进科技期刊编辑对论文关联数据出版的认识和实践。 |

| This study employed a questionnaire survey targeting editors of domestic sci-tech journals to explore their level of knowledge, current practice, and attitudes toward publication of data related to research articles. A total of 150 questionnaires were collected, and the results showed that only 6 (4.0%) editors knew the concept of publication of data related to research articles very well, and the proportion of those who were well aware of the data availability statement, unique identifier, the data citation standard “Information Technology Scientific Data Citation” (GB/T 35294—2017), and domestic and international major data repositories were only 12.7%, 8.8%, 6.7%, and 2.7% respectively. 55.6% of the editors failed to recognize the role of publication of data related to research articles in enhancing the impact of the journals. Most of the editors are unable to recognize all the related responsible parties. In terms of practice, only 10.7% of editors said that their journals have carried out publication of data related to research articles. Primary reasons for not undertaking this work included lack of relevant technical support (73.8%) and professional talents (64.1%). Nevertheless, most editors of sci-tech journals have a positive attitude towards publication of data related to research articles, are willing to receive training and pay continuous attention. Future efforts should focus on promoting sci-tech journal editors’ knowledge and practice of publication of data related to research articles through policy guidance, promoting cooperation among stakeholders and conducting professional training. |
