| 本文基于共生理论的演化视角,探讨青年科技人才与科技期刊共生模式发展的机制及路径。研究发现,二者关系的演进遵循“层面升级—赋能深化—模式演化”的逻辑,其核心驱动力源于双方共生层面的结构性升级。通过双向赋能——期刊对人才的学术与网络赋能及人才对期刊的内容与社群反哺,形成正反馈循环,最终推动共生模式实现从初阶“偏利共生”向高阶“互利共生”的飞跃。针对学术共同体内部微观互动机制的理论发现,本文提出要实现二者的深度融合,需从“资源供给”转向“机制设计”,通过重构互动机制、激活赋能循环、优化生态,构建相互依存的学术共同体,从而为科技期刊发展与青年人才培养提供标本兼治的实践路径。 |

| From the evolutionary perspective of symbiosis theory, this study explores the mechanism and pathways for the development of a symbiotic model between young scientific talents and sci-tech journals. The research reveals that the evolution of their relationship follows a logical progression of “level upgrading-empowerment deepening-model evolution.” The core driving force stems from structural upgrades at the symbiotic level. Through mutual empowerment—where journals provide academic and network support to talents, and talents offer content and community feedback to journals, a positive feedback loop is formed. This ultimately facilitates a qualitative leap of the symbiotic model from the preliminary “commensalism” to the advanced “mutualism.” The theoretical findings on micro-interaction mechanisms within academic communities suggest that achieving deep integration requires shifting focus from “resource supply” to “mechanism design.” By reconstructing interaction mechanisms, activating empowerment cycles, and optimizing ecosystems, an interdependent academic communities can be built, providing a comprehensive practical approach for both the development of sci-tech journals and the cultivation of young talents. |
