      青年办刊人才是建设世界一流科技期刊的关键引擎。以创新驱动为核心的新质生产力正加速重塑科技发展格局,对科技期刊的学术策源、内容把关、国际传播乃至人才能力结构提出了更高要求。传统的采编流程和单一的编辑技能已不足以应对新时代的需求。本研究立足于对我国科技期刊青年办刊人才的深度问卷调研,结合我国科技期刊青年办刊人才职业发展存在的问题与挑战,在新质生产力加速形成的时代背景下,突破传统人才培养范式,提出以“学科交叉融合的专业能力重塑”、“高水平学术判断力的培养与赋能”、“开放协同的职业发展生态圈打造”以及“多元化、柔性化的职业发展路径设计”为核心的青年办刊人才培养与职业跃迁策略,旨在为我国科技期刊的创新发展提供具有前瞻性和实践指导意义的人才支撑。

      Young editorial professionals are a pivotal driver in building world-class scientific and technological journals. The rapid rise of new quality productive forces, underpinned by innovation, is reshaping the global scientific landscape and imposing higher requirements on scholarly origination, content evaluation, international dissemination, and editorial competency structures. Traditional workflows and single-skill training models are increasingly inadequate. Based on a nationwide questionnaire survey, this study identifies key challenges in the career development of young editorial talents in China and proposes a strategic framework encompassing interdisciplinary competence renewal, high-level scholarly judgment cultivation, open and collaborative career ecosystems, and diversified, flexible career pathways. These insights offer forward-looking and practical guidance for advancing the innovative development of scientific and technological journals.
