| This paper focuses on the “China Sci-tech Journal Excellence Action Plan”, presenting a series of measures and remarkable achievements accomplished by the Chinese Medical Association in advancing cluster-basted and digitalized journal management, along with practical explorations in constructing high-level sci-tech journals. Through an analysis of the numerous challenges and corresponding countermeasures encountered in the context of the profound transformation of the publishing ecosystem and the rapid technological development, this study explores the orientation and long-term planning for the construction of world- class journals. |
