      为探讨我国科技期刊刊群数字平台建设进展,推动科技期刊数字化转型和刊群平台标准体系的构建,本文提出科技期刊刊群平台标准体系建设的关键指标,并设计调查问卷,从内容资源、用户服务、技术团队、安全合规、影响力及特色工具等方面,对39家集群单位的44个平台展开调研与分析。调研结果显示,国内刊群数字平台在发展年限、期刊规模、数字化程度、技术团队建设及安全防护等方面的发展分化显著,整体水平与国外头部平台相比仍有较大差距。针对这一现状,提出系统性建议,为我国建设一流科技期刊及打造具有国际竞争力的刊群数字平台提供参考。

      To delve into the advancement of digital platform development for sci-tech journal clusters in China, and to propel the digital transformation of sci-tech journals alongside the establishment of a standardized system for journal cluster platforms, this study employed a questionnaire survey method to investigate 44 platforms across 39 clusters. It conducted a comprehensive analysis of the data from multiple dimensions, including content resources, user services, technical teams, security compliance, influence, and distinctive tools. The findings reveal notable disparities in the development of domestic journal cluster digital platforms concerning operational years, journal scale, level of digitalization, technical team composition, and security measures. Furthermore, there remains a substantial gap in the overall development level when compared to international counterparts. In light of the current situation, this study puts forward systematic recommendations aimed at offering valuable insights for the development of top-tier Chinese sci-tech journals and the construction of internationally competitive digital platforms for journal clusters.
