| 为系统探究我国科技期刊常设栏目与特色栏目并存但设置失衡的问题,本文以《广西植物》为案例,剖析了2类栏目的“基础与突破”共生关系。系统梳理并总结了2类栏目权衡问题,发现栏目失衡易导致期刊定位模糊、稿源竞争和质量风险、资源错配和发展缓慢等问题。结合《生物多样性》、《广西科学》等科技期刊实践经验,提出“体系化布局、精准化运营、平台化支撑”三位一体策略:构建“刚性常设+灵活特色”栏目格局,明确功能边界与协同机制；实施“稿源—审稿—传播”全链条管理,实现差异施策与协同增效；打造“期刊—学科—区域”联动生态,拓展栏目价值空间。 |

| To systematically investigate the imbalance between regular columns and special columns of Chinese sci-tech journals, this paper takes Guihaia as a case study to analyze the symbiotic relationship of “foundation and breakthrough” between the two types of columns. A comprehensive review and systematic summary of the two types of columns have been carried out. It is discovered that the imbalance of columns can readily give rise to issues such as ambiguous journal positioning, competition in manuscript sources and quality-related risks, resource misallocation, and sluggish development. In combination with the practical experiences of sci-tech journals like Biodiversity Science and Guangxi Science, a three-in-one trade-off strategy of “systematic layout, precise operation, and platform support” is put forward:constructing a column pattern of “rigid regular + flexible special feature” to clarify the functional boundaries and coordination mechanisms; implementing the whole-chain management of “manuscript source-review-dissemination” to achieve differential policy implementation and synergistic effects; creating a “journal-discipline-region” linkage ecosystem to expand the value scope of the columns. |
