      在科技期刊出版流程中,审稿具有客观评价稿件创新性和提升稿件质量的重要作用。但在审稿过程中,也可能出现众多影响稿件处理结果的问题,这些问题将直接影响论文出版质量。笔者以中国科技期刊卓越行动计划中文领军期刊《航空学报》为例,结合出版运营实践,探析科技期刊审稿质量控制方法,以期为科技期刊,尤其是航空航天领域期刊审稿质量控制提供经验。
英文摘要:
      In the publishing process of sci-tech journals,review plays a crucial role in objectively evaluating the innovation of manuscripts and improving their quality. However,review process may also encounter various issues that affect the manuscript handling results,and these issues will directly impact the quality of paper publication. Taking leading Chinese journal Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica as an example,which is part of the Excellent Action Plan for Chinese Sci-tech Journals,the authors explore cases of the quality control methods for the review of sci-tech journals. This study is expected to provide experience for the quality control of the review in sci-tech journals,especially those in the aerospace field.
