| 高质量稿件是科技期刊的核心竞争力,组稿是获得高质量稿件的重要举措。《中华肝脏病杂志》已将此项工作常规化、持续化。本文重点介绍了在融媒体时代下“编辑部搭建平台—执行主编组稿—责任编辑跟进”的新组稿模式:编辑部搭建学术交流与宣发平台、执行主编策划与组织专题稿件、责任编辑联系专家与协调多方工作,并辅以实例说明。基于中华医学会杂志社数字化出版平台的期刊阅读报表分析显示,采用该模式后,本刊国际、国内影响力持续提升。成功组约高质量稿件需依托学会与编委的支持；执行主编兼具学术活力和较高声望；责任编辑需精准把控时间节点,确保各阶段任务高效推进；编辑部应培养新媒体人才并重视融媒体建设与发展。这些措施协同作用,将共同助力期刊影响力的提升。 |

| High-quality manuscripts are the core competitiveness of sci-tech journals, and soliciting such manuscripts is a crucial measure to secure them, which has become routine and continuous at the Chinese Journal of Hepatology. This article highlights a new manuscript solicitation model in the integrated media era, which follows the framework of “the editorial office building platforms, the executive editor-in-chief organizing the manuscripts, and the responsible editor facilitating follow-up.” This model involves the editorial office establishing academic exchange and promotional platforms, the executive editor-in-chief planning and organizing thematic manuscripts, and the responsible editor liaising with experts and coordinating multi-party efforts, supplemented with practical examples. Based on the journal reading reports from the Chinese Medical Association Publishing House’s digital publishing platform, the effectiveness of this new solicitation model is analyzed, demonstrating the journal’s sustained growth in both international and domestic influence. Key insights derived include:securing support from the hepatology society and editorial board members; engaging executive editors who are academically active and enjoy high prestige; ensuring responsible editors effectively manage timelines to complete tasks at each stage; and cultivating new media talent while prioritizing integrated media development within the editorial office. These measures collectively contribute to enhancing the journal’s influence. |
