| 开放同行评议(open peer review,OPR)正在逐渐成为国际学术出版的重要实践方向,为了更加量化和直观地掌握开放同行评议的实践情况,本研究对《Nature Communications》近10年的OPR数据进行分析,系统考察该刊OPR模式的实施现状及效果。研究表明,该刊OPR已由早期探索性试点逐步发展为常态化编辑政策,其中公开审稿报告的实施成效最为显著,占总论文数的74.92%；其次为公开审稿人姓名,占50.93%；“双公开”(同时公开审稿报告与审稿人姓名)占41.60%。在学术影响力方面,公开审稿报告与 论文学科规范引文影响力(Category Normalized Citation Impact, CNCI) 整体呈显著负相关,而公开审稿人姓名与CNCI之间未呈现显著关联。在科研诚信方面,撤稿论文的核心问题多数已在评审阶段被审稿人识别并提出,凸显了OPR在问题识别与风险预警中的重要价值。 |

| Open peer review is progressively becoming a key trend in international sci-tech journal publishing. To quantitatively and systematically assess the practice of open peer review,this study analyzes a decade of OPR data from Nature Communications and systematically examines the implementation status and effects of its open peer review model. The findings indicate that OPR has evolved from an initial pilot phase into a standardized editorial policy. The most prominently implemented practice is the open review report,accounting for 74.92% of all papers. This is followed by the public disclosure of reviewer names(50.93%),and the “double disclosure”—simultaneous publication of both the review report and the reviewer’s name—constitutes 41.60%. In terms of academic impact,a significant negative correlation exists between publishing the review report and the paper’s CNCI,whereas no significant correlation is observed between disclosing reviewer names and CNCI. Regarding research integrity,most of the core issues in retracted papers were already identified and raised by reviewers during the review stage,underscoring the important role of OPR in problem detection and early risk warning. |
