| 战略性新兴领域英文科技期刊如何在国际期刊竞争中快速建立影响力,是中国高质量科技期刊建设面临的关键问题。本文以入选“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”高起点新刊的Chip(《芯片》)为研究对象,系统剖析其在战略性新兴领域突围国际期刊竞争、快速建立影响力的实践路径。Chip通过精准对接国家战略需求、建设高水平国际化编委团队、系统化品牌传播、引领性学术活动策划、刊群协同发展等创新举措,实现了跨越式发展,有效承接本土优质成果、打破国际期刊垄断格局。其核心经验在于将服务国家重大需求与学科发展规律有机结合,构建学术声誉与社会影响力双重驱动的发展模式,为中国在关键领域建设世界一流英文科技期刊、实现学术出版突围提供了可供借鉴的范式。 |

| For the high-quality development of journals in China, a critical challenge is how to rapidly establish the influence of English-language sci-tech journals in strategic emerging fields amid international competition.This study examines Chip, a high-starting-point new journal selected for the Chinese Sci-tech Journals Excellence Action Plan, as a case to systematically analyze its practical pathways for breaking through international competition and swiftly building influence in strategic emerging fields. The research shows that through mechanism innovations—including precise alignment with national strategic needs, assembling a high-level international editorial board, carrying out systematic brand communication, pioneering academic event planning, and promoting collaborative journal cluster development—Chip has achieved leapfrog growth. It has effectively attracted high-quality domestic research outputs and broken the monopolistic landscape of international journals. Its core experience lies in organically integrating service to major national needs with disciplinary development trends, and in constructing a dual-driven model that combines academic reputation with social influence. This provides a paradigm for developing world-class English-language sci-tech journals and achieving breakthroughs in academic publishing in key fields in China. |
