| GB/T 7714—2025《信息与文献 参考文献著录规则》将于2026年7月1日实施。这是一个具有简明、统一、规范、实用等特点的推荐性国家标准。为便于作者和编辑准确掌握、正确执行新文件,提高论著中参考文献的编校质量,笔者作为参与3个版本文件修订工作的主要起草人之一,拟对其修订亮点、规则新点、实施疑点分别进行评述、解析、指津。 |

| The national standard, GB/T 7714—2025 Information and documentation—Rules for bibliographic references and citations to information resources,will be implemented on July 1,2026. As a recommended national standard,it is characterized by conciseness,uniformity,standardization,and practicality. To facilitate authors and editors in accurately understanding and correctly implementing the new document,and to improve the editing and proofreading quality of references in academic works,the author,as a principal drafter who participated in the revision of three versions of the standard,here shares his comments and explanation on the highlights of the revision and updated rules,and offers clear guidance on potential difficulties in implementation in the near future. |
