| 医学期刊通过打造专栏服务国家和区域疾病防控,既是实现自身高质量发展的有效途径,也是服务国家健康战略的重要举措。本文以《中国癌症防治杂志》为例,总结了“肝癌防控”系列专栏的实践与成效,主要介绍了专栏设立的背景、组稿方向、稿源组织、审稿、出版及宣传推广等方面的实施策略,以及专栏在服务临床、增强学科影响力、促进人才培养以及提升期刊学术质量等方面的成效。同时,对专栏建设过程中遇到的约稿对象定位、时机把握、稿件类型平衡等问题进行分析,并提出了相应对策,以期为同类医学期刊的专栏建设提供参考。 |

| Medical journals, by establishing special columns to support national and regional disease prevention and control, not only effectively promote high-quality development but also serve as a key initiative in advancing national health strategies. Taking the Chinese Journal of Oncology Prevention and Treatment as an example, this article summarizes the practices and outcomes of its “Liver Cancer Prevention and Control Column”. It primarily outlines the background for establishing the column, implementation strategies in areas such as topic selection, manuscript solicitation, peer review, publication, and promotional outreach, as well as the column’s achievements in serving clinical practice, enhancing disciplinary influence, fostering talent development, and improving the journal’s academic quality. Additionally, it analyzes challenges encountered during the column’s development, including issues related to targeting contributors, timing, and balancing manuscript types, and proposes corresponding solutions. The aim is to provide references for the development of similar special columns in sci-tech journals. |
