| 为提升科技期刊科学数据出版质量,以与美国国家标准与技术研究院(National Institute of Standards and Technology,NIST)合作的5本热力学领域期刊为研究对象,对其数据控制方法进行研究。NIST的热力学研究中心作为第三方参与了5本期刊的数据评估过程,通过提供权威的数据库资源与先进的检测工具将数据审查嵌入审稿流程,并利用作者检查清单引导作者参与质量控制。分析表明,基于细化的小学科领域建立数据控制机制具有可操作性,引入第三方权威机构和先进的技术工具可提升数据可靠性并优化稿件处理流程,实行小专业领域的作者检查清单制度有助于从源头上对数据质量进行控制。 |

| To enhance the scientific data quality published by academic journals, the data control methods of five thermodynamics journals collaborating with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) are examined in this study. Thermodynamics Research Center (TRC) of NIST serves as a third-party participant in the data evaluation process of these journals. By providing authoritative database resources and advanced inspection tools, data review is integrated into the peer-review workflow, while author checklists are utilized to guide quality control. The analysis demonstrates that establishing data control mechanism based on refined specialized disciplines is feasible. The introduction of third-party authoritative institutions and advanced technical tools can improve data reliability and optimize the manuscript handling process. The implementation of an author’s checklist system for specialized fields helps ensure content quality control from the source. |
