| 我国农业期刊长期存在“小、散、弱”、资源分散、运营粗放等问题,需向集群化、集约化、集团化转型。本文以中国农业科学院农业信息研究所期刊集群为案例,系统分析其3级发展体系(期刊梯队搭建、全流程出版平台赋能、“期刊+”多元融合)及市场化运营、产业协同、科普赋能等核心机制。针对人才短缺、梯队协同不足、市场化机制不完善、融合深度不足等短板,提出分层培育人才、健全梯队协同机制、完善市场化运营体系、构建闭环式科技传播生态等优化路径,为农业期刊培育世界一流期刊、构建可持续发展体系提供实践参考。 |

| China’s agricultural journals have long faced challenges such as being “small, scattered and weak,” with fragmented resources and extensive operational models, necessitating an urgent transition toward clustering, intensification, and groupization. This paper takes the journal cluster of the Agricultural Information Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case study to systematically analyze its three-tier development system (tiered journal structure, platform-enabled full-process publishing, and “journal+” diversified integration), as well as core mechanisms including market-oriented operation, industrial collaboration, and science popularization empowerment. In response to shortcomings such as talent shortages, insufficient tier coordination, immature market mechanisms, and limited depth of integration, this paper proposes optimization pathways including tiered talent cultivation, improved tier coordination mechanisms, enhanced market-oriented operation systems, and the construction of a closed-loop science communication ecosystem. These insights provide practical references for cultivating world-class agricultural journals and building sustainable development systems. |
