| 目前,通用人工智能(AGI)已成为提升科技期刊传播效能的核心动力。1)本文基于新质生产力概念在出版领域的细化延伸,明确了新质传播力的时代内涵,构建了“内容—传播—技术”循环交互增强模型,深度剖析通用人工智能技术赋能科技期刊新质传播力提升的实践路径,为期刊智能化转型提供明确指引。2)本文重点分析人工智能技术应用过程中可能存在的学术诚信风险,并针对性提出了相应治理策略。本研究构建了“路径指引+风险治理”的完整研究体系,对科技期刊高质量发展具有借鉴意义。 |

| At present, artificial intelligence technology has emerged as a core driver for enhancing the dissemination efficiency of sci-tech journals. Grounded in a refined interpretation of the concept of new quality productive forces within the publishing domain, this paper first delineates the contemporary connotation of new quality dissemination capacity, establishes a circular interactive enhancement model of “content-communication-technology”, and thoroughly examines practical pathways for AI to empower improvements in this capacity, thereby offering actionable guidance for the intelligent transformation of sci-tech journals. Subsequently, it addresses potential academic integrity risks associated with AI applications and proposes targeted governance strategies. By integrating “pathway guidance and risk governance”, this study establishes a comprehensive research framework that provides valuable references for the high-quality development of sci-tech journals. |
