| 基于国际知名学术出版商与学会的成熟办刊经验,围绕数据驱动和技术赋能2大维度,系统分析国际同行的实践特色与核心逻辑,对比梳理我国学会刊群的发展现状与现实差距。在此基础上提出我国学会应主动推动刊群从“出版融合载体”向“学术生态运营商”转型升级,通过数据驱动决策、技术重构流程,提出针对性、可落地的转型路径,为我国学会刊群高质量发展提供清晰的行动指南。 |

| Based on the mature publishing practices of top international publishers and academic associations, this article systematically analyzes the practical characteristics and core logic of international peers in data-driven decision-making, technology empowerment, and academic ecosystem operation, while comparing and summarizing the current development status and existing gaps of sci-tech journals in China. On this basis, the article proposes that Chinese academic associations should actively promote the transformation of their sci-tech journal clusters from traditional “content publishers” into “academic ecosystem operators”. By leveraging data-driven strategies and technology-driven process reengineering, this paper puts forward targeted and actionable transformation pathways, providing a clear action guide for the high-quality development of Chinese society sci-tech journal clusters. |
