      为应对全球学术出版的深刻变革,破解我国传统“全能型”编辑模式难以适配期刊高质量发展的困境,本研究聚焦于科技期刊专职编辑人才体系建设。本文采用文献研究、对比分析、案例剖析及体系构建相结合的方法,在梳理我国科技期刊现阶段发展特点的基础上,依据专业化分工理论和价值链理论,并结合对期刊策划、出版、传播、运营实际需求的考察,构建了一套科学的人才能力分类体系。研究表明,我国科技期刊高质量发展亟需以策划、出版、传播、运营4类专职编辑人才为支撑,他们分别在“价值发现、价值实现、价值传播、价值转化”环节发挥核心作用。基于此,研究构建了涵盖4类人才核心能力与培养路径的完整分类体系,并提出了完善分类培养机制、构建多轨制职业发展体系等对策建议,旨在为编辑职业成长与世界一流科技期刊建设提供系统的人才理论与实践支撑。
英文摘要:
      To address the global transformation of academic publishing and resolve the dilemma that China’s traditional “all-round” editorial model is incompatible with the high-quality development of sci-tech journals,this study aims to clarify the core competency requirements for full-time editors of sci-tech journals,construct a scientific talent classification system,and provide theoretical and practical support for the training and career development of editorial talents,thereby facilitating the construction of world-class sci-tech journals and a world scientific and technological power in China. This study adopts a combination of literature research,comparative analysis,case study,and system construction methods. It examines the current developmental characteristics of sci-tech journals in China and builds a competency classification system for full-time editors based on the theory of specialized division of labor and value chain theory,while integrating the practical needs of journal planning,publishing,communication,and operation in China. The study identifies that China’s sci-tech journals require support from four types of full-time editorial talents,namely planning-oriented,publishing-oriented,communication-oriented,and operation-oriented talents. Each type corresponds to a specific link in the journal value chain,undertaking the functions of value discovery,value realization,value communication,and value transformation,respectively. A comprehensive talent classification system is constructed,covering the core positioning,competency requirements,and training paths of the four types of editorial talents. Corresponding suggestions,including a phased training mechanism,a multi-track career development system,and industry-university-research integration,are proposed to provide systematic support for the professionalization of China’s sci-tech journal editorial teams and the construction of world-class sci-tech journals.
