| 在建设世界一流科技期刊的背景下和推进科技期刊集群化发展的过程中,人才队伍建设是提升学术质量与国际竞争力的核心举措。本文以光电期刊集群作为实践对象,结合集群旗下的4本代表性期刊,探索出专业化分工为基础、复合型培养赋新能的人才培育模式。并系统分析了专业化人才与复合型人才的培育逻辑、岗位设置、培育路径以及实践成效,探究了当前人才培育过程中存在的问题以及优化方向,提出了“分工精细化、培养体系化、发展协同化”的人才培育模式,为科技期刊集群组建高质量人才队伍、实现高质量发展提供参考。 |

| Under the context of building the world top-tier sci-tech journal, and during the process of integrated journal group development, the construction of the team of a talent is the core measure to ensure the steady improvement of academic quality and international competitiveness. This article establishes an editor talent cultivation mode rooted in specialized division and boosted by compound talent development, setting the Opto-Electronic Journal Group as the practical example. It focuses on the four most representative journals and analyzes the education logic, the task setup, the development routine, and the practical result of both types of talents:professional and cross-disciplinary. Further, it explores the existing issues and the directions of optimization of the current process of talent development. Finally, it raises the talent education model of “specification of tasks, systematization of education, synchronization of development”, offering a reference for the sci-tech journal groups to construct team of talents and achieve high-quality development. |
