| 在世界一流科技期刊建设与青年编辑人才队伍强化的导向下,青年编辑的专业素养成为期刊可持续发展的核心驱动力。当前青年编辑培养面临角色定位模糊、培养体系与岗位脱节、职业路径不清等问题,根本原因在于学术期刊的战略资源价值被低估。学会主导的培养模式,凭借跨单位、跨领域的大平台优势,成为破解上述难题的有力抓手。中华中医药学会将期刊发展与编辑人才培养深度绑定,提出学会主导、刊研联动、集群赋能的核心理念,构建起刊与研、刊与刊和研与研三位一体的培养框架。刊与研联动聚焦编辑与研究者之间的双向互动与学者型编辑成长；刊与刊联动依托集群平台实现刊际交流,释放育人效应；研与研联动以期刊为纽带推动科研人员互鉴合作。实践表明学会主导下的培养模式为青年编辑成长提供了独特的制度空间与资源支持,可有效实现青年编辑“办刊”与“治学”的深度链接与有机统一,是培养学者型编辑的重要路径。在执行层面上,应不断强化青年编辑的主体参与感,构建多元化支持网络,以刊研联动为核心,以集群赋能为抓手,这为中医药领域青年编辑人才队伍建设提供了可复制、可推广的经验,也对我国世界一流科技期刊建设注入青年力量具有重要的参考价值。 |

| Guided by the national strategy of building world-class sci-tech journals and strengthening the young editor workforce, the professional competence of young editors has become the core driver for the sustainable development of sci-tech journals. Current challenges in cultivating young editors—ambiguous role definitions, a disconnect between training systems and job requirements, and unclear career paths—fundamentally stem from the underappreciation of academic sci-tech journals as strategic resources. The society-led cultivation model, leveraging its cross-institutional and cross-disciplinary platform advantages, has emerged as a powerful approach to addressing these issues. The China Association of Chinese Medicine has deeply integrated sci-tech journal development with editor training, proposing the core concept of society leadership, journal-research integration, and cluster empowerment, and has established a triadic training framework comprising journal-research, journal-journal, and research-research linkages. The journal-research linkage centers on two-way interaction between editors and researchers and the cultivation of scholar-type editors; the journal-journal linkage draws on a sci-tech journal cluster platform to facilitate inter-journal exchange and enhance training effectiveness; and the research-research linkage employs sci-tech journals as a bridge to promote mutual learning and collaboration among researchers. Practice has demonstrated that the society-led training model provides unique institutional space and resource support for the development of young editors, effectively achieving a deep connection and organic unity between sci-tech journal management and academic pursuit, thus serving as a vital pathway for cultivating scholar-type editors. At the implementation level, it is essential to continuously strengthen young editors’ sense of active participation, build a diversified support network, take journal-research integration as the core, and cluster empowerment as the key lever. This offers replicable and scalable experience for the development of young editor teams in the field of Chinese medicine, and provides important reference value for injecting youthful vitality into China's efforts to build world-class sci-tech journals. |
