| 数智化与集群化发展浪潮中,科技期刊亟待突破单刊运营瓶颈,借力集约化管理整合资源、提增运营效能,为行业高质量发展探寻可行路径。本文以《中华内分泌外科杂志(中英文)》为例,结合期刊编辑出版实操经验,系统梳理集约化管理赋能下科技期刊运营提质的实践路径,并立足实操痛点与行业趋势,针对性提出优化策略,兼顾实践落地性与行业推广性。该刊以内部管控升级与主办单位资源协同为双核心,借力中华医学会平台资源与集约化运营体系,搭建精细化内部管理框架,打造与主办单位的深度协同机制,促进期刊运营效率与学术质量同步攀升。实践证明,依托主办单位搭建内部精细化管控、外部深度联动的运营模式,是科技期刊突破发展桎梏、增强核心竞争力的关键举措,旨在为同类医学科技期刊探索集约化赋能路径、完善效能升级方案提供可复制、可推广的实践参考,赋能我国科技期刊集群化、内涵式发展。 |

| Amid the wave of digital-intelligent transformation and clustered development, scientific journals are urged to break through the bottlenecks of independent operation. Leveraging intensive management to integrate resources and improve operational efficiency is crucial to exploring feasible pathways for the high-quality development of the industry. Combined with the practical experience in editing and publication of Chinese Journal Endocrine Surgery, this paper systematically sorts out the practical pathways for quality improvement of scientific journal operation empowered by intensive management. Furthermore, in view of practical pain points and industry trends, it proposes targeted optimization strategies with both implementability and universal applicability for the industry. Centering on the dual cores of internal management upgrading and resource collaboration with the sponsor, the journal has established a refined internal management system and a deep linkage mechanism with the sponsor by relying on the platform resources and intensive operation system of the Chinese Medical Association, thus synchronously boosting its operational efficiency and academic quality. Practices demonstrate that the operation model featuring refined internal control and external in-depth collaboration supported by the sponsor is a critical strategy for scientific journals to overcome development dilemmas and enhance core competitiveness. This study aims to offer replicable and promotable references for peer medical scientific journals to explore intensive development paths and optimize efficiency upgrading, so as to facilitate the clustered and connotative development of scientific journals in China. |
