| 在技术快速迭代与出版生态向数字化转型的背景下,融合已成为当代科技发展与学术创新的核心趋势,对科技期刊编辑人才的能力结构、培养模式提出了全新要求,要培养具备扎实专业基础、多元学科背景、宽广学术视野以及较强创新意识与实践能力的复合型编辑人才,已成为推动科技期刊高质量发展的关键引擎。本文以《钻采工艺》为研究对象,采用SWOT分析法,系统剖析出版融合背景下该刊复合型编辑培养的内部优势、劣势,以及外部机遇与威胁。结合该刊编辑部在期刊编辑人才培养中的实践探索与经验积累,依托SWOT矩阵,探索构建适配科技期刊发展的复合型编辑人才培养策略。该策略不仅能助力《钻采工艺》打造高水平编辑队伍、提升期刊核心竞争力,还能为我国科技期刊复合型编辑培养提供可落地、可借鉴的实施路径。 |

| Against the backdrop of rapid technological iteration and the digital transformation of the publishing ecosystem, integration has become a core trend in contemporary technological development and scholarly innovation, imposing new requirements on the competency structure and training models of sci-tech journal editors. Cultivating interdisciplinary editorial talents with solid professional foundations, multidisciplinary backgrounds, broad academic perspectives, strong innovative awareness, and practical abilities has become a key driver for the high-quality development of sci-tech journals. Taking the journal Drilling & Production Technology as a case study, this paper employs SWOT analysis to systematically examine the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats, associated with the cultivation of interdisciplinary editors in the context of publishing integration. Drawing on the practical exploration and accumulated experience of the journal’s editorial office in editor training, and utilizing the SWOT matrix, this study proposes a strategy for cultivating interdisciplinary editorial talents that aligns with the development of sci-tech journals. This strategy not only helps Drilling & Production Technology build a high-level editorial team and enhance the journal’s core competitiveness, but also provides a replicable and actionable implementation pathway for the cultivation of interdisciplinary editorial talents in China’s sci-tech journals. |
