| 为探讨如何培育世界一流科技期刊,打造具有国际竞争力的高水平英文刊,本文以重庆市英文科技期刊创办与发展情况为例,分析和总结培育实践经验,并提出策略和路径。通过服务国家重大战略,服务“双一流”建设,健全制度保障体系,提升与新创品牌并举等策略,从宏观、中观、微观“七力”并举的路径,快速培育和持续有效地推动期刊高质量发展。制定策略明确了方向和目标,合适的路径提供具体的行动计划和落实方法,从而加快培育和建设高水平英文科技期刊。 |

| To explore how to cultivate world-class scientific journals and establish internationally competitive high-quality English journals, we took the founding and developmental situation of English scientific journals in Chongqing as an example, analyzed practical experiences, and proposed strategies and paths. By aligning with national key strategies, supporting the “Double First-Class” initiative, strengthening institutional assurance, and concurrently enhancing and launching new journal brands, the cultivation and sustainable development of high-quality English scientific journals can be realized taking the “seven core competencies” path which integrated macro, meso, and micro dimensions. Strategic formulation clarifies directional objectives, while tailored paths provide actionable plans and implementation methodologies, collectively facilitating the rapid establishment and development of top-tier English scientific journals. |
