| Under the background of media convergence, the communication mode of scientific journals is shifting from the simple superposition of multiple platforms to the profound reshaping of the ecosystem. Based on the value chain theory, this paper analyzes four typical cases from the 2025 Deep Integration and Development Innovation Repository of the China Periodicals Association, and summarizes four major characteristics of journal integration development: platform boundlessness, form boundlessness, spatiotemporal boundlessness, and circle boundlessness. On this basis, it constructs a "boundless matrix" development model and proposes a five-dimensional coupled dynamic analysis framework featuring "technology as the foundation, content as the core, platform as the carrier, users as the feedback loop, and brand as the spillover effect." Through the evaluation of the five-dimensional synergy efficiency of the four cases, it is found that their synergy characteristics differ significantly. In response to the dilemmas faced in promoting these models to small and medium-sized journals—such as solidified organizational barriers, a single evaluation orientation, and weak technological foundations—this paper proposes optimization strategies including transforming editorial offices into knowledge service hubs, establishing a two-dimensional evaluation orientation of "citation + communication," and building independently controllable underlying data assets, so as to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the knowledge dissemination efficiency of scientific journals in China. |
