| 自“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”实施以来,我国科技期刊迎来了前所未有的蓬勃发展期。面对智能社会与新质生产力的深度融合,高校自然科学学报亟需抓住战略发展机遇,推动编辑出版流程由传统经验向智能转型。本文基于智能社会的内涵和学术出版智能化的需求,对中国知网已发表文献分析发文趋势与热点研究,梳理了科技期刊数字化和智能化的发展现状与形态。依据办刊品质、平台现状和智能化程度的差异,将高校自然科学学报划分为保生存型、求发展型和创特色型3类学报,主张差异实施不同程度的平台联动,包括“采编评议平台+发布传播平台+索引增值平台+社交媒体平台”联动、“网站+公众号+视频号+社群”联动、“特色栏目+品牌建设”联动,以实现数字化提升、智能化增强和国际化扩展。建议以集群或联盟共享人工智能生成内容(AIGC)查重工具,单刊严格执行国家或行业规范,以防范AIGC学术不端问题。希望助力高校自然科学学报突破发展瓶颈。 |

| Since the implementation of the Excellent Action Plan for Chinese Science and Technology Journals, Chinese science and technology journals are entering an unprecedented period of vigorous development. Facing the deep integration of the intelligent society and new-quality productive forces, Chinese universities’ natural science journals urgently need to seize strategic development opportunities, and promote the transformation of editorial and publishing processes from traditional experience to intelligence. Based on the connotation of an intelligent society and the demand for intelligent academic publishing, this article analyzes the publication trends and hot research topics of published literature on CNKI, and reviews the current development status and forms of digitalization and intelligence in scientific journals. According to the quality of the journals, the current status of the platform, and the degree of intelligence, Chinese universities’ natural science journals is divided into three categories: survival-maintaining, development-seeking, and characteristic-creating journals, we advocate for differentiated implementation of varying degrees of platform integration, including the integration of “submission and peer review platform + publishing and dissemination platform + index and value-added platform + communication and popularizing platform”, “website + official account + video account + social groups”, and “characteristic column + brand construction” to achieve digital enhancement, intelligent augmentation, and international expansion. It is suggested to share artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) duplication checking tools within clusters or alliances, with each journal strictly adhering to national or industry standards to prevent AIGC academic misconduct issues. We hope to assist Chinese universities’ natural science journals in breaking through their development bottlenecks. |
