| 为探索生成式人工智能（GenAI）在英文科技期刊同行评议中的应用范围及潜力，为GenAI在同行评议中的规范应用提供依据，本研究收集多学科稿件样本，对8款国内外代表性GenAI模型进行同行评议测试，关注评议意见的准确性和针对性；分析英文科技期刊AI辅助同行评议伦理规范，聚焦伦理规范的共性和差异。GenAI模型在论文总结和收稿范围识别等方面展现出一定准确性，但在科学性错误识别和评价针对性方面尚显不足，仍存在明显的能力边界，难以执行判断性工作。多数期刊已公布AI辅助同行评议伦理规范，但彼此间存在较大差异，尚未达成共识。建议可通过加强伦理规范共识、强化数据保密性以及建设使用监管机制等措施，促进GenAI模型在同行评议中的合理规范应用。 |

| To explore the application potential of generative AI （GenAI） in the peer review process of English sci-tech journals， and to provide a basis for its standardized application in peer review， this study collected multidisciplinary manuscript samples and conducted peer review tests on 8 representative GenAI models， focusing on the accuracy and relevance of the comments. The GenAI models demonstrated certain accuracy in tasks such as summarizing papers and identifying the alignment with journal scope. However， they still exhibited limitations in identifying scientific errors and providing targeted evaluations， showing clear boundaries in their capabilities and difficulty in performing judgment-based tasks. While most journals have published ethical guidelines for GenAI use， there are significant variations among them， and little consensus has yet been reached. It is recommended to strengthen consensus on ethical norms， enhance data confidentiality， and establish supervision mechanisms for usage to promote the reasonable and standardized application of GenAI models in peer review. |
