中文摘要:

科普期刊作为创新发展“两翼”中科学普及的核心载体，在推动全民科学素养提升、促进科技创新与经济发展、助力人才培育等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本文基于政策文本分析、国内外发展现状对比、行业统计数据挖掘及中国科技核心期刊（科普类）申报材料梳理，系统分析我国高质量科普期刊的核心特征，并提出针对性发展策略。研究表明，高质量科普期刊应具备科学准确的内容，拥有较高比例的原创作品，且通俗易懂，具备精准的传播效能和可持续运营能力。未来应在强化顶层设计、激活市场活力、推进集群化与品牌化运营、加强人才队伍建设、构建科学多元的评价体系等方面协同发力促进科普期刊高质量发展。本文可为科普期刊出版实践及相关政策制定提供参考。

英文摘要:

As a core vehicle for popularizing science within the “two pillars” of innovation-driven development， popular science journals play an irreplaceable role in enhancing public scientific literacy， fostering scientific and technological innovation alongside economic growth， and supporting talent cultivation. Based on policy document analysis， comparative assessment of domestic and international development， mining of industry statistical data， and compilation of application materials for source journals of Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations Database（CSTPCD）， this study systematically defines the core characteristics of high-quality popular science journals in China and proposes targeted development strategies. The research indicates that high-quality popular science journals must uphold the fundamental principles of scientific rigor and accuracy， feature a high proportion of original content， present material in an accessible and comprehensible manner， and demonstrate effective targeted communication capabilities along with sustainable operational capacity. Future efforts should focus on multiple areas， including strengthening top-level design， invigorating market dynamics， advancing clustered and brand-oriented operations， building a robust professional talent pool， and establishing a scientific and diversified evaluation framework. The findings offer valuable references for the publishing practices of popular science journals and the formulation of related policies.
