| 中华医学会杂志社（简称杂志社）生成式人工智能（GenAI）技术相关政策已发布两年，为掌握编辑对该政策的执行现状，本研究对系列杂志编辑（n=472）开展问卷调查，内容涵盖政策认知与理解，执行实践，挑战与优化建议等维度。结果显示编辑对政策知晓率高达98.73%，但仅104人能精准理解政策内容；81.78%的编辑表示“从未见过”或“非常罕见”作者主动披露AI使用的情况；59.96%认为AI检测的假阳性/假阴性高，73.94%认同难以界定语言润色与生成内容的界限；60.8%已发现审稿人使用AI辅助评审，但仅10.17%在审稿人指南中明确禁止。杂志社后续需从加强精准化宣讲、完善作者披露机制、明确技术辅助定位、规范审稿人行为等维度开展系统性工作，推动政策从被知晓走向被理解，从文本落地为实践，建立健康、有序的AI使用规范，确保学术出版的质量与公信力。 |

| Two years after the Chinese Medical Association Publishing House (CMAPH) released its generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) policy, this study surveyed 472 editors across CMAPH journals to access the implementation status of the policy, covering policy awareness, implementation practices, challenges, and optimization suggestions. The research revealed that editors exhibited 98.73% policy awareness, yet only 104 editors demonstrated precise understanding of policy content; 81.78% of editors indicated they had “never seen” or “very rarely” seen authors disclose their use of AI; 59.96% perceived AI detection tools as having high false positive/negative rates; 73.94% found it difficult to distinguish language polishing from generated content; 60.8% had observed AI-assisted peer review, but only 10.17% explicitly prohibited this in reviewer guidelines. These findings suggest CMAPH should undertake systematic efforts to strengthen targeted policy dissemination, refine author disclosure mechanisms, clarify AI’s auxiliary role, and standardize reviewer conduct—bridging the gap from policy awareness to understanding and from text to practice, thereby fostering healthy, orderly AI use norms that safeguard academic publishing quality and integrity. |
