| 在期刊出版蓬勃发展背景下,高校综合性学报提升核心质量与影响力迫在眉睫,而特色专刊出版是关键路径。《西南交通大学学报》以磁悬浮技术领域为突破口,连续6年依托中国磁悬浮技术学术会议组稿,并在次年同一会议举办期间出版同名特色专刊,形成“会前策划征稿—会中宣传组稿—会后快速出版—次年循环推进”的“刊-会”全链条协同机制,结合专项审稿制度与核心作者分层培育体系,连续4年累计出版会议同主题专刊4次,刊发论文99篇,覆盖磁悬浮技术多核心研究方向。实践表明:该模式不仅搭建了多方高效交流平台,增强了作者、读者、专家与期刊的黏性,增强了学术共同体凝聚力；更有效汇聚了科研院校与企业的优质稿源,显著提升了期刊的核心引证指标与学术影响力；同时深度衔接学校优势学科与行业需求,推动了学术创新与产学研协同,促进了科技成果转化,为高校综合性学报特色化、内涵式发展提供了可复制的实践路径。 |

| Under the background of the vigorous development of periodical publishing, it is urgent for comprehensive journals of colleges and universities to enhance their core quality and influence, and the publication of special issues with characteristics is the key path. Taking the field of magnetic levitation technology as a breakthrough, Journal of Southwest Jiaotong University relied on the China Academic Conference on Magnetic Levitation Technology for six consecutive years, and published a special issue with the same name during the same conference in the following year, forming a "journal-conference" full-chain collaborative mechanism of "planning for soliciting contributions before the conference-publicizing for soliciting contributions during the conference-publishing quickly after the conference-circulating in the following year", and combining the special peer review system and the hierarchical cultivation system of core authors, it published a special issue on the same topic for four consecutive years. Practice shows that this model not only builds a multi-party efficient communication platform, but also enhances the adhesion between authors, readers, experts and journals, and enhances the cohesion of academic communities. It has more effectively gathered high-quality manuscript sources from scientific research institutions and enterprises, and significantly improved the core citation index and academic influence of journals; At the same time, it deeply connects the dominant disciplines of the university with the needs of the industry, which promotes the collaboration between academic innovation and Industry-University-Research, promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and provides a reproducible practical path for the characteristic and connotative development of comprehensive journals of colleges and universities. |
