| 本文针对我国科技期刊青年编辑在开展编辑学研究时面临的选题困惑与方法单一问题，通过剖析国际知名学术出版研究期刊的研究范式，提供可借鉴的路径。采用内容分析法，对国际学术出版领域权威期刊Learned Publishing（1996—2025年）刊载的研究论文进行梳理，重点挖掘其中关于科技期刊编辑出版实践的实证研究案例。分析发现，国际前沿的科技期刊编辑出版学研究呈现出显著的“微观化”与“循证化”趋势。青年编辑可从审稿流程优化、作者行为分析、新技术应用效能等微观视角切入选题；在方法上，应从定性经验总结向内部数据挖掘、文本内容分析及对照实验等实证方法转型。青年编辑应立足本职岗位，树立“循证出版”思维，将日常业务数据转化为学术研究资源，实现从“工匠型编辑”向“学者型编辑”的职业进阶，助力中国科 技期刊的高质量发展。 |

| To tackle the challenges related to topic selection and methodological constraints encountered by early-career editors of Chinese sci-tech journals when engaging in editology research， this study seeks to offer actionable strategies through an in-depth analysis of the research paradigms adopted by top-tier international journals. Utilizing content analysis， this research systematically examined 855 research articles published from 1996 to 2025 in Learned Publishing， an authoritative journal within the field of international academic publishing. The study centered on extracting empirical research cases that are firmly anchored in real-world editorial and publishing practices. Leading-edge research in international editology reveals a pronounced trend towards “micro-level analysis” and “evidence-based approaches.” For topic selection， early-career editors can delve into research from micro-perspectives， such as optimizing the peer review process， analyzing author behavior， and evaluating the efficacy of new technology applications. Regarding methodology， there should be a shift from qualitative experience summarization to empirical methods， encompassing internal data mining， textual content analysis， and controlled experiments. Early-career editors should ground their research in their professional roles and nurture an “evidence-based publishing” mindset. By converting daily operational data into academic research assets， they can progress from being “craftsman editors” to “scholar editors”， thereby making substantial contributions to the high-quality development of Chinese sci-tech journals. |
