| 本文以 GB/T 7714—2025《信息与文献 参考文献著录规则》为研究对象,通过与2015版标准的系统对比,围绕术语规范、体例调整、扩充资源范、修正历史错误、更新范例等方面,全面梳理新版标准的修订内容与变化特征。在整体框架保持稳定延续的前提下,2025 版标准进一步厘清了多种文献的通用性要求,拆分与重构了部分著录项目,明晰了各项著录元素的必备属性,并修订完善了责任者著录相关细则。此外,文章针对网络首发文献、专利、不连续页码等高频实操问题提供专项解答；最后说明标准未满足部分学科特殊要求、未采纳部分建议等未尽事宜,全面呈现新规修订的背景、要点与实操指引,为使用者精准理解与应用标准提供参考。 |

| Taking GB/T 7714—2025 Information and documentation — Rules for bibliographic references and citations to information resources as the research object, this paper systematically compares it with the 2015 version, and sorts out the revisions and characteristics of the new standard in terms of terminology standardization, structural adjustment, expansion of resource scope, correction of historical errors, and updating examples. While retaining overall continuity, the 2025 standard clarifies general requirements, reorganizes bibliographic elements, defines mandatory attributes, and revises rules for responsible parties. It also addresses practical issues such as online-first publications, patents, and discontinuous page numbers, and discusses unresolved matters. The study presents the standard’s background, key changes, and guidance to support accurate understanding and application. |
