| 对陕西省18家单位110种科技期刊的集群化探索进行了调研与分析，总结了科技期刊集群化发展中的经验，为我国科技期刊立足区域实际、自主创新发展提供“陕西实践”。研究发现，陕西科技期刊形成了自主创建、自建与嵌入并行、学科垂直加盟、行业联盟4种根植于陕西科教特色的集群化模式，形成高校主导、多元并举的总体格局，并在资源整合、集约运营、平台建设、品牌塑造等方面积累了经验。陕西科技期刊集群的探索表明，科技期刊集群化发展必须立足国情、省情与区域实际，要破解集群集而不聚、聚而不融的困境，须通过主办单位的机制体制创新破解管理壁垒、省级政策助推与行业组织协同发力、多元并举适配不同办刊主体、平台技术赋能实现深度集聚融合、学科与产业嵌入锻造核心价值、人才培养提供可持续发展的核心支撑。 |

| Abstract This study investigates the cluster development of 110 sci-tech journals sponsored by 18 institutions in Shaanxi Province, aiming to provide “Shaanxi practice” on context-specific, innovation-driven growth of China’s sci-tech journals , serving as a regionally model. The findings reveal four clustering models rooted in Shaanxi’s scientific and educational strengths: self-initiated clusters, parallel self-initiated and embedded clusters, discipline-specific vertical affiliation, and industry alliances. These models have given rise to a general landscape characterized by university-led initiatives and diversified ownership structures. Experiences have been accumulated in resource integration, streamlined operations, platform development, and brand building. The Shaanxi cases demonstrate that the successful clustering of sci-tech journals must be grounded in national, provincial, and regional realities. To overcome the common challenges of being clustered in name but scattered in practice and aggregated without integration, several strategies are essential: breaking down administrative barriers through institutional innovation by sponsoring entities; leveraging provincial policy support and industry coordination; adopting diversified models suited to different journal owners; achieving deep integration and synergy through technology-enabled platforms; embedding journals in disciplinary and industrial ecosystems to forge core value; and developing talents to provide sustainable support. |
