同行评审是保障学术诚信公平的重要环节，但人工智能生成内容（AIGC）的出现和介入对此提出挑战。在梳理国内外各类学术组织、出版机构及部分期刊关于同行评审中AIGC使用政策的基础上，对比了各类政策的特征和差异，将其分为严格禁止型、有限辅助型和人机协作型；进一步分析了AIGC工具在同行评审中的应用潜力，指出现有政策存在AIGC使用边界上界定不清晰、规则碎片化等问题；最后，建议期刊编辑积极推进AIGC工具使用在学术共同体形成共识，结合办刊实际制定相关细则，为审稿人提供标准化模板和系统性支持。研究结果以期为国内期刊同人制定同行评审规范提供参考。

英文摘要:

Peer review is a crucial link in safeguarding the integrity and fairness of academic research. However, the emergence and intervention of artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) tools have posed significant challenges to this process. Based on a review of AIGC usage policies for peer review issued by academic organizations, major international publishers, and representative journals at home and abroad, this paper compares the characteristics and discrepancies of these policies and classifies them into three categories: strict prohibition, limited assistance, and human-AI collaboration. It further analyzes the application potential of AIGC tools in peer review and identifies key issues in current policies, including a lack of clear demarcation between substantive review and AI-assisted work, and inconsistent practices across institutions, publishers and journals due to the absence of unified implementation rules. Finally, it is recommended that journal editors actively promote consensus-building on the use of AIGC tools within the academic community, formulate detailed operational rules tailored to the journal’s practices, and provide standardized templates and systematic support for reviewers. The findings aim to provide a reference for domestic journals in developing peer review specifications.
