| 撰写提供给作者的论文修改建议是科技期刊编辑的核心技能,其原因在于此修改建议是编辑知识技能和责任心的展示,也是编辑劳动价值实现的载体并体现对编辑价值增值的追求,且其编辑量的投入最大。基于说理充足,语言要有较大感染力,文字表述要准确、简练、易懂等修改建议写作原则,提出撰写修改建议的相关要求,即正确理解修改建议含义及立意、准确评估作者的修改能力及论文的可修改空间、快速读懂并抓住要点、寻找论文潜在价值、科学对待同行评审意见,并主张修改建议的形式应以书面为主、口头解释为辅。 |

| It is key skill of the sci-tech periodicals editors that have been written revision suggestions for paper’s author. The reason for this point is that the revision suggestions is a platform for displaying editorial skills and sense of responsibility, is the carrier of the value of editing, is the pursuit of value-added of editing, and its editorial workload is the largest. Writing principle of the revision suggestions include three which are reason enough, appealing language, accurate and easy to understand words. Propose relevant requirements of the revision suggestions based on these principles, that are correctly understanding the meaning of the proposed amendment, accurately assessing the author’s ability to modify, quickly grasping the main points, scientific treatting peer review, and advocating the suggestion form in writing to supplement the oral explanation. |
