| 期刊编辑的初审工作是阻止学术不端稿件传播极为重要的环节,培养和加强编辑的防范意识与能力,有利于维护科研诚信和出版秩序。从学术不端行为不会消失、学术不端检测系统不是万能、学术不端行为日益隐蔽和期刊编辑囿于日常工作4个角度,分析培养和加强编辑防范意识与能力的必要性,提出了入职培训、定期宣传、积累传承经验和制订问责机制4条策略。 |

| Initial evaluation is very important to prevent the dissemination of manuscripts with academic misconduct. It is helpful to cultivate and strengthen the editors’ awareness and ability to maintain the integrity of scientific research and the order of scientific publication. Four aspects concerning the necessity to cultivate and strengthen editing awareness and ability are analyzed, including:1) academic misconduct will not disappear, 2) the academic misconduct detection system is not a panacea, 3) academic misconduct is often hidden, and 4) journal editors have excessive daily work. Four strategies such as induction training, regular propaganda, accountability mechanism, and accumulating and inheriting experience are put forward to train and strengthen the awareness and ability of prevention. |
