| 通过提炼总结科技期刊融合发展经历的刊群化、媒体融合、共享3个发展阶段,分析科技期刊融合发展的内涵。根据建立的科技期刊融合发展模型,分别从期刊层面和集群平台层面探讨融合发展策略并分析融合发展效果。最后从意见领袖机制、沟通协同机制、流程再造、激励机制、人才培养、盈利模式等6个方面给出融合发展的相关建议。 |

| By extracting and summarizing the three stages of the progress of scientific journals’ integrative development, which are journal groups integration, media convergence and sharing integration, this paper analyzes the connotation of scientific journals’ integrative development. According to the model of scientific journal’s integrative development,we discuss the strategy and effect of integrative development from the aspect of journal and the aspect of cluster platform respectively. We also present the key problem of scientific journals’ integrative development from six aspects, which are leader mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism, process reengineering, incentive mechanism, cultivation of talents, and profit model. |
