| 高校内涵式发展对人才培养工作提出了更高要求。在高校“立德树人”根本任务的指引和 “全员育人”的要求下,高校学报应不忘初心,充分利用新媒体提供的便利条件,砥砺前进继续发挥高校学报在研究生培养过程中的育人功能。本文分析研究生作者在科技论文写作规范、科研能力培养、学术道德素养和人文素养(语言文字)4个方面出现的常见问题,并结合学报编辑部工作特点,就新媒体环境下学报如何开展服务于本校研究生培养工作进行了深入思考和论述。 |

| The connotative development of colleges and universities has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents. Under the guidance of the fundamental task of the moral education and the requirement of the all-round education, the university academic journals should not forget journal’s original intention, make full use of the convenience provided by the new media, and continue to exert the educational function of university academic journals in the process of graduate training. We analyze the common problems of postgraduate authors in four aspects:writing standard of scientific papers, cultivation of scientific research ability, academic ethics accomplishment, and humanistic accomplishment (language and writing). Combining with the characteristics of university academic journals, we also discuss how the university academic journals can better serve the postgraduates cultivation. |
