| 为了深入贯彻国家科学技术发展战略,明确科技期刊的办刊方向,本文从科技期刊在科学研究中的导向和学术引领作用、科技期刊服务科学研究的能力建设、科技期刊对青年科研人才培养3个方面,论述了科技期刊通过服务于国家科技发展来拓展生存空间、体现自身价值的一些思考,提出了一些科技期刊提升办刊质量、扩大期刊品牌影响力的建议。 |

| In order to thoroughly implement the national science and technology development strategy and clarify the running direction of sci-tech journals, this paper discusses that sci-tech journals expand their living space by serving the national sci-tech development from the following three aspects:the guiding and academic leading role of sci-tech journals in scientific research, the ability construction of sci-tech journals to serve scientific research, and the training of young scientific research talents. This paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality and expanding the brand influence of sci-tech journals. |
