| 国内集群化期刊出版平台已具有一定规模,但平台上大量的国际合作出版英文期刊的存在意味着“借船出海”并未式微。调研有代表性的集群化期刊出版平台上“借船出海”和“造船出海”共存的现状,归纳了国内自建期刊集群化平台出版模式的问题。基于目前国内自建期刊集群化平台发展的现状,分别总结出适合创办或运营自主混合/订阅期刊和自主开放获取(OA)期刊的合作平台、自主平台、兼容平台模式,强调必须构建能充分利用期刊出版权的自主出版模式的办刊原则和提升自主出版平台影响力的重要性,以最终实现集群化造船出海的目标。 |

| Domestic clustering journal publishing platforms have been constructed in large-scale; however, the existence of large numbers of internationally co-published English-language journals on these platforms implies that “borrowing ships to go to sea” has not come to an end. This study sheds light on the co-existence of “borrowing ships” and “building ships” to go to sea on some representative domestic clustering journal publishing platforms, and presents the problems of publishing modes regarding these platforms. Based on the status quo of these platforms, this paper summarizes the matching operation modes(cooperating, independent, or inclusive platforms) for forging/operating independently domestic hybrid/subscription and OA journals respectively, and stresses the principle of making full use of journal publishing rights regarding journal management and the importance of promoting the influence of independent publishing platforms, in order to achieve the goal of “building ships” to go to sea in a clustering manner. |
