| 为期刊定制简洁高效的Word自动规范化模板,提高论文审校质量和编辑效率,并指导作者规范稿件投稿；结合编辑部使用经验和实践,本文提出了一种新的期刊模板设计理念和方法:将Word模板与自动化宏相结合,打造出编辑和审校功能与菜单相耦合架构；主程序在不用编译的情况下就能自动运行代码,提高了操作的灵活性、易用性和可靠性。它使作者自行排版成为可能,规范了写作,使编辑大大提高了工作效率。 |

| To customize concise and efficient Word automatic normalization template for journals, thus improve the quality of paper review and auxiliary editing efficiency, and guide authors to standardize the manuscript submission, this paper proposes a new journal template design concepts and methods combined with the editorial experience and practice, that is, the combination of Word templates and automation macros, to create editing and proofreading functions and menus coupled architecture. The main programme automatically runs the code without compilation, improving flexibility, ease of use and reliability ofoperation.It makes it possible for authors to do their own typesetting, standardises writing and makes editing much more efficient. |
