      笔者以教育者视角,结合青少年科普期刊办刊实践,从编辑成长自觉性与编辑核心竞争力、编辑理想的关系分析,提出应该通过唤醒编辑自知、自治、仁爱、能动、开拓、创新、服务奉献的成长自觉性,激活和提升编辑核心竞争力,增强编读互动,打造精品期刊,推进有“精气神”的科普行动,有“活力”的阅读生活,提升青少年科普期刊生命力和影响力。
英文摘要:
      In light of education theories and personal experience of running youth science journals, the author analyse the interaction between editors’ consciousness of self-development, core competence, and their goals, and bring forward that it is imperative to arouse and develop editors’ self-consciousness, autonomy, benevolence, initiative ,enterprise,creativity ,innovation and sacrifice. Only when the editors’ core competitiveness is formed can the road be paved to an excellent periodical and a mutually beneficial interaction between editors and readers be established, therefore there will be more spiritual science activities for youth, more vigorous reading sessions, more influential and dynamic magazines.
