| The career development needs of young editors of university journals are important motivating factors for their career development.
This paper analyzes the career development needs and satisfaction of young editors of university journals based on ERG theory. Basing on core ideas and principles of ERG theory，explores how young editors of university journals self-adjust and inspire their career development needs，from needs coexisting，needs rising，needs strengthening，and needs downgrading. To promote the healthy development of the career and shorten the path of career value realization. |
