| 作者信息造假是学术不端行为的一种，其操作手段隐蔽，表现形式多种多样，危害巨大，不仅败坏了学术研究的风气，而且可能损害“被署名”作者学术声誉，同时也给发文期刊带来不良影响。为了遏制和消除作者信息造假行为，学术期刊应完善编辑业务流程，坚持“以质论稿”；学术期刊编辑应发挥主观能动性，仔细甄别核实作者信息；学术期刊应推行论文发表前“主要信息公示”制度，发挥公示预警功能；学术期刊应建立健全作者信息造假论文撤稿制度，发挥警示作用。 |

| The author’s false information is a kind of academic misconduct, its means of operation hidden, various forms of expression, great harm, not only corrupt the atmosphere of academic research, but also may damage the academic reputation of the “signed” author, and bring adverse effects to the publication of journals. In order to curb and eliminate the author’s information fraud, academic journals should improve the editing process and adhere to the “quality of manuscripts”. Editors of academic journals should give full play to their subjective initiative and carefully screen and verify the information of authors. Academic journals should establish a system of “main information publicity” before publishing papers and give full play to the function of publicity and early warning. Academic journals should establish and improve the system of withdrawing papers with false information by authors and play a warning role. |
