| 对科技论文同行评议过程中易发生的强制引用、拖延审稿和无效审稿等审稿人不当行为进行了探讨，分析了其发生原因及危害，并提出了切实可行的应对措施，意在提醒编辑加强防范，杜绝审稿人不当行为的发生和发展。 |

| Reviewers’ improper behaviors such as forced quotation, delayed reviewing and invalid reviewing in peer review were investigated. Then we analyzed the corresponding motivations and harms, and put forward feasible countermeasures to remind editors to strengthen the prevention of the reviewers’ improper behaviors，which may put an end to the occurrence and development of such behaviors. |
