| 信息时代传统媒体和新兴媒体的多元融合为科技期刊在内容建设与传播力提升方面注入新动力,但媒体融合产生的诸多新形式作品以及数字技术、信息技术的广泛应用,也使传统版权保护在内容、范围以及技术手段等方面已不能满足科技创新需要。通过调研科技期刊媒体融合的常见路径,分析版权制度不完善、侵权成本低、认定难、维权成本高及版权价值难以评估等问题。指出加速修订著作权法势在必行,现阶段可利用区块链技术对数字版权管理和版权价值进行评估,加强科技编辑的版权保护意识,妥善处理版权保护与扩大期刊传播力之间的辩证关系,使版权更好地服务于科技进步和媒体融合发展。 |

| Media convergence injects new impetus into the content and the communication power of the journals in science and technology, but many new forms of works produced in the process of media convergence, as well as the wide applications of digital technology and information technology, make traditional copyright protection far from the actual needs for journals in the fields such as content, coverage and technical means, etc. This paper first analyzes the common means of media convergence of scientific journals, and the copyright issues such as backward copyright system, low infringement cost, identification difficulty, high cost of rights protection, and difficult assessment of copyright value. Then it proposes that the problems might be solved by means of Copyright Law revision, the use of blockchain technology in the digital copyright management and copyright value assessment, and editors’ awareness boosting in copyright protection. Editors of science and technology journals should pay more attention to deal with the relationship between copyright protection and the expansion of the journals’ communication power in order to make copyright serve the development of media convergence better. |
