| 当前学术生态现状堪忧,引起了大众对科技期刊学术质量、学术操守的普遍质疑。而科技期刊编辑在学术传播中的主体性质决定了其在学术生态圈构建中具有不可推卸的责任；同时,基于严谨的治学态度、慧眼识珠的才能、良好的沟通交流能力以及资源意识的自我培养也充分激发了科技期刊编辑在构建学术生态圈方面的潜能,“问题前置化”策略防范学术不端、保持终身学习态度以提高自身学术素养、组建优质专家库以打造学术共同体这3项措施则体现了科技期刊编辑在构建学术生态圈中的担当和作为。 |

| The current situation of academic ecology is worrying, which has caused the public to question the academic quality and academic integrity of scientific and technological periodicals.The subject nature of science editors in academic communication determines their responsibility in the construction of academic ecosphere. At the same time, based on the self-cultivation of the rigorous attitude of learning, the ability of discerning, the ability of good communication, and resource consciousness, it also fully stimulates the potential of science editors in the construction of academic ecosphere, and three measures of preventing academic misconduct through the strategy of "problem leading up", improving academic attainment through maintaining lifelong learning attitude, and building high-quality expert pool to build academic community reflect the role and action of science editors in constructing academic ecosphere. |
