| In order to make up for the shortage of the academic talents in editorial department, thoughts on rely on scholars and boosts the development of sci-tech periodical is put forward by the author, it analysis on how to full play the effects of editorial board and the other scholars, and dig out the functional diversities of scholars on sci-tech periodical running, constructing a healthy ecology for the development of sci-tech periodical, and improving the core competence of sci-tech periodical. |
