| 为探求科技创新对科技期刊的引领作用,以《大连海洋大学学报》为例,提出科技期刊选题策划中重视学术前沿领域的研究动态,积极发挥行业领军者作用,并深入相关水产企业了解科研转化效果,有利于刊物优先刊载本行业尖端科研成果,避免优秀稿件流失,促进刊物学术影响力的持续提高。 |

| To discuss the affect of sci-tech innovation to the periodicals, this paper takes the Journal of Dalian Ocean University as an example and provides the view that the periodicals should pay attention to research review of the academic frontiers within the selection of titles and layout of a sci-tech periodical and the periodical should play a positive role of toggle navigation. At the same time, the sci-tech periodical should understand transformation effect of scientific researches by conducting a survey tour to the fisherySenterprises to priority publication the academic frontiers achievement and avoid the loss of the excellent papers to promote continuous improvement of its academic influence. |
