| 通过分析国外综合开放存取(OA)期刊的发展历程,对我国创办OA期刊提供借鉴。以《PLoS One》和《Scientific Reports》为例,分析国外大型综合OA期刊的现状和存在的问题,指出我国创办同类型OA期刊的意义,并提出3种运作模式。我国创办大型综合OA期刊可缓解我国期刊资源不足和发表需求之间的突出矛盾、确保科技首发权、减少科研经费外流、培养良好的学术风气。结合我国的实际情况,可考虑3种不同的运作模式：纯商业、公立型和混合型,并设立相应OA期刊的管委会,为期刊的良性发展保驾护航。我国应吸取国外综合性OA期刊的经验和教训,将期刊质量放在首位,探索具有中国特色的大型综合OA期刊的多模式发展道路。 |

| Through analyzing the development of comprehensive oversea open access (OA) journals, we provide some suggestion for the establishment of OA scientific journals in China. Taking PLoS One and Scientific Reports as examples, the current situation and existing problems of large comprehensive oversea OA journals were analyzed. The significance of establishing same type OA journals in China was discussed, and three operation modes were suggested. Large comprehensive OA journals will be beneficial to resolve the big contradiction between insufficient periodical resource and publishing demand in our country, protect the priority of authors, decrease the outflow of research expenditure, and cultivate good academic atmosphere. According to the actual situation of China, three different operation modes can be considered, 1) pure commercial mode, 2) public mode and 3) mixed mode. In order to insure the benign development of journal, the administrative committee of corresponding OA journal should be established. We should learn from the experience and lessons of comprehensive oversea OA journals. We should explore multiple development modes of large comprehensive OA journals with Chinese characteristics, and put the quality of publication in the first place. |
