| 医药专业学术会议是医药行业学术交流的重要平台，但在2020年新冠肺炎疫情的影响下，传统线下学术会议举办受到了极大限制。为顺应形势，我刊改变传统思维，寻求突破，自2020年4月起，成功策划并举办了多场在线会议，包括“医院药事热点”主题系列专家圆桌论坛和“药学e论坛”在线专题研讨会等，在线参会人数累计十几万人次。本文从良好的线下会议品牌口碑和丰富的办会经验、凝聚当前行业热点和难点的科学选题、贴近线下会议氛围的展现形式和紧凑的议程安排、技术过硬的播放平台支持和良好的会议宣传、医药企业的赞助和支持等方面阐述疫情背景下举办医药专业在线学术会议的成功要素，并分析疫情背景下举办在线医药学术会议的成效与不足，旨在为科技期刊通过在线学术会议这一途径承担起学术传播、信息交流的重要职责提供借鉴和参考。 |

| Academic conference is an important platform for academic exchanges in the pharmaceutical industry. However, under the influence of the 2020 new crown pneumonia epidemic, the traditional academic conference was greatly restricted. In order to adapt to the situation, we have changed our traditional thought and sought breakthroughswe have successfully planned and held a number of online meetings, including the series of "Expert Round-table Forums on Hot Topics of Hospital Pharmacy Affairs" and "Pharmacy e Forum" since April 2020. The number of online participants exceeded 100000 person/times. This paper expounds the successful factors of holding online academic conference of pharmaceutical specialty under the background of epidemic situation from the following aspects as good offline conference brand reputation and rich experience in organizing the meeting, scientific topic selection focusing on current hot and difficult points, exhibition form close to the atmosphere of offline meeting and compact agenda arrangement, excellent broadcast platform support and good conference publicity, and sponsorship and support from pharmaceutical enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for science & technology journals to undertake the important responsibilities of academic communication and information exchange through online academic conferences. |
